Log Book Coordinator for a trucking company

American Trucking company «Vista Trans Holding» is currently seeking a Log Book Coordinator to join our team!

The Safety Coordinator will be responsible for safety compliance, loss prevention, safety training and ensures a positive safety attitude and environment exists throughout the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safety Compliance including reporting HOS, People Net, and driver camera violations
• Knowledge with Samsara Systems is preferred
• Employee safety-related training
• Coordinate data for DOT audits and investigations
• Problem-solve issues with drivers
• Filing and general administrative tasks

Required Skills:

English - Upper Intermediate

Responsibility & Decision making 

Quick learning & multitasking

Attentiveness & Patience 

Good PC knowledge Microsoft Word; Excel; Google etc

Working time: 4p.m. - 1 am
