Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 support consultant

Our client, a leading European network of laboratories in Ukraine, is looking for Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 support consultant, Kiev.

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics application and evaluate the users;
• Business performance and process diagnostics and assessments;
• 1st line support for End Users especially on finance related topics;
• Cooperation with AX Support team to resolve the issues;
• Cooperation with AX implementation team to introduce changes in the system;
• System tests – both law and company requirements;
• Perform planning of test activities for the assigned area of the project(s), develop test plan, test scenarios and test cases;
• Define and prepare scenarios for user acceptance test;
• Supporting the financial system growth, configuration, interfaces and data exchange;
• Trainings, consultancy and webinars for end users.

 Expectations from candidates:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP systems (finance, logistic, warehouse);
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 / 2012 / D365FO is a must;
• English – Upper-Intermediate: written and speaking;
• Finance background/qualifications preferred but not essential;
• Strong MS Office skills;
• Understanding and working experience on financial or operations modules;
• Strong communication skills to deal with stakeholders on a variety of levels;
• Experience in configuration, parameter setup, functions.

Ideally, you’ll also have: 

• Experience in work in Multilanguage and multicultural environment;
• Bank system basic knowledge;
• SQL relational database basic knowledge;
• PowerBI or BI systems basic knowledge.
