Working behind the scenes is a team of smart and dedicated IT professionals responsible for all of Pharmbills’ IT infrastructure and services. They make it possible for our global teams to deliver best-in-class service to our clients by empowering them with effective tech solutions that drive the business forward. We are in search of an IT Team Lead (infrastructure) / Sys Admin Lead. The role is based out of Ukraine, with the requirement to work in a hybrid office concept, balancing remote work and in-office time. We align our working hours with the time zones of our American clients.  

What you’ll need   

Essential: 

• 5+ years of IT experience; 1+ years of Team Lead experience.  
• Hold at least 1 of the following certifications: CCNA, Azure, MSCA, AWS.  
• Understanding of ITIL Framework.  
• Strong command of English (upper-intermediate/B2 level).  Fluency in Ukrainian, Russian.  
• Profound understanding and ability to teach OSI Layer Model.  
• Profound knowledge about Network, Microsoft, and Cloud Security.  
• Profound knowledge of Active Directory and other Microsoft services. 
• Proven experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud Infrastructure projects.  
• Experience in the use of scripting language (PowerShell) / experience in the use of programming language (Python).  
• Stress Tolerance: functions well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment. 
• Emotional Intelligence: has a keen awareness of self and others; leads with humility and empathy. 

Will be an advantage: 

• ITIL 4 Foundation Certification. 
• HIPPA, GDPR, ISO2700*, PCI DSC – experience in implementation. 
• Own GitHub project with PowerShell, Python or any other scripts for IT admin routine. 
• Well known IT resources publications, articles, answers, IT blog posts. 
• Tutor’s experience. 
• Proven experience with / certification in Atlassian (Jira) projects.  
• Salesforce integration experience.
