The company is undergoing through a digital revolution, which has led to a huge investment in the technical side of the business. In this role, you will design and implement critical components of our strategies, with a focus on solutions implemented as custom software that is built in-house by DTEK Innovations engineers, leveraging modern technologies and best practices in software development. You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of areas affecting many facets of the company and on solutions that impact the entire enterprise as you continue to grow your knowledge and experience.

• 2+ years of experience in the role of business/functional/system analyst in software development company, fintech company, bank or other
• Experience in high-level requirements analysis with regard to new products development
• Understanding of business and system analysis concepts, tools, models, methodologies
• Experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation and maintenance
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• SDLC knowledge
• SCRUM team experience

• Certifications (CBAP, CCBA, CCBAE, PMI-PBA, PSPO) is a big plus

Обязанности

• Requirements gathering, analysis, prioritization and assessment
• Regular communication with internal business stakeholders
• Creating requirements specifications, such as use cases, user story, flow diagrams, data mappings, business processes, data flows, ERD
• Close collaboration with development team and product owner
• Preparing UAT scenarios and end-to-end validation
• Creating documentation, such as user manuals, release notes
• Development of processes, procedures and requirements for integration with external systems (SAP, GIS, SharePoint)
• Understanding of business problem space, needs identification and analysis
• Working in the SCRUM team
• Formation of the product backlog
