HR generalist

Currently, we are hiring HR generalist to provide amazing support in  core HR-functions

Job Responsibilities:

·   Drafting all HR-related documentation as required by Ukrainian labor law (hiring, transfers, terminations, internal company orders, job descriptions, etc.).

·    Preparation HR info (absences, working schedules, overtime, etc.) for payroll calculation on a monthly basis and providing the HR data for payroll/other financial reports by the requests.

·    Managing and maintaining HR information and employee records

·    Participating in the drafting and updating HR procedures and policies.

·    Supporting and advising employees and the company's management on Company policies and procedures, as well as on  Ukrainian labor laws requirements.

·    Monitoring HR-related regulatory framework and communicating respective changes to key stakeholders

·    Participation in global HR Department projects and activities

Key requirements: 

·    No less than 2 years of experience as HR Generalist or in HR administration (headcount 100+)

·    Strong knowledge of Labor Code and related regulations

·    Highly developed interpersonal skills and analytical skills

·    Strong written and spoken English (minimum at Upper- intermediate level)

·    Excellent Computer literacy: strong Excel skills and 1C knowledge (Experience with 1C ZUP will be a preference).
