About our business unit:

For the past 2 years we have been actively involved in developing and promoting our own highly loaded Social Discovery platform. The product’s primary market is Tier-1 region, including but not limited to USA, UK, Canada and leading European countries. Responsibilities

  • Communication with clients in English;
  • Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients;
  • Retention and providing high level of service for clients;
  • Reporting to Head of project.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of commercial experience with customer success;
  • Fluent written English is a must;
  • Experience with CRM/BPM;
  • High level of stress resistance and perseverance.
