Country Sales Director

Our client is an international FMCG company, with its own wide sales network across Ukraine, leader in its segment, now is looking for Sales Director Ukraine.

On this role, this position will be reporting to General Manager Ukraine and his responsibility would include but will not be limited to:

• Develop Distribution in Ukraine in line with strategy
• Achieve and overachieve annual targets on sales volume, gross margin, and market share
• Oversee Numeric Distribution & Product Penetration
• Key accounts management
• Coordinate Trade Marketing
• Manage company’s Budget
• Implement and coordinate Planning and Business Plan
• Prepare reporting
• Use and develop Product & Brand knowledge

Ideal candidate should possess the following characteristics:

• 7+ years of experience on sales management
• Key account management roles across different channels and customers in market
• Key Account knowledge, experience and demonstrable results for in-market activation
• Knowledge of category management tools and concepts
• Managing day-to-day execution
• Established network within national and regional key accounts
• A proven record of delivering outstanding business results, exceeding targets and finding solutions to business issues
• Strong focus on results, problem-solving skills
• Trade promo execution and control experience
• PP, Excel knowledge is a must
• Positive and nice personality
• Upper-intermediate English level
