We are now looking for a communication manager to join our growing sales and marketing team.
Ideal candidates should be result oriented communications managers with experience setting up and optimizing both internal as well as external business communication, eager to tackle the challenges of developing content that helps build brand recognition and have experience in correspondence with leads, clients and other stakeholders.
Requirements
We are looking for an independent and committed individual who is able to work as part of the team. Ideally, you will have prior experience within an IT or related industries or professional education and experience in communication :
At least 1 years of experience working in a similar role. University involvement in clubs and active position can be considered as a substitute for work experience
Proven strong presentation and communication skills.
Knowledge and understanding of communications practices, tools and techniques in social media and on company’s web platforms.
Creativity in developing relevant marketing content.
Online research into companies and leads.
Bachelor’s degree in journalism, public relations, marketing, business or other relevant field.
Highly developed project and time management skills.
Proactivity, self motivation and the ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities:
As a communications manager you will:
Measure, analyze, codify and improve upon current internal and external communications efforts.
Use communications technologies to boost teams productivity and standardise communication with clients and leads.
In cooperation with the team, develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction by planning and managing the design, content, and production of all marketing and communication materials.
Be responsible for realisation the company's content plan and assist in implementing communication strategies in order to increase brand awareness.
Develop and manage media presence.
Prepare detailed quarterly media activity reports.
Work with different departments to generate new marketing ideas and strategies.
Monitor media activity and reports to identify potential clients.
Conduct research into leads to determine best approach strategies.
Support communication with leads and clients.
Ensure communications consistency among different stakeholders.
