We are looking for Tax manager.

Responsibilities:

• Controlling tax accounting and ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws or regulations;
•  Identification and mitigation of tax risks;
•  Reviewing deals in their formative stages and advice to achieve the best tax result;
•  Control over the preparation of transfer pricing documentation;
•  Leading crucial negotiations in tax optimization and control matters;
•  Preparation of statutory reporting - tax and corporate;
•  Controlling internal company procedures or policies from a tax perspective.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree /Finance / Economic Degree;
• 3-5 years minimum Accounting/ Tax based experience; 
• Significant experience in a range of fiscal activities;
• Profound knowledge of Ukrainian Tax;
• Certificate of an international accounting body is a plus;
• English at the upper- Intermediate level.
