The British Council in Ukraine, a leading international cultural organization, is recruiting a full-time Sales Consultant.

The purpose of this role: The main duty of a Sales Consultant is to secure excellent sales results whilst ensuring a high quality customer experience in handling enquiries about our English language services and Exams. To act as British Council’s ambassador and provide top quality services to all customers meeting all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and deliver Sales & Customer Relations services in order to enable the Council to meet its sales targets.

Main opportunities/challenges for this role: This role requires analytical thinking skills and good organisational skills. Attention to detail and high levels of professionalism are also essential. In addition, the post holder will be expected to be pro-active and customer orientated with excellent communication and computing skills.

Main Accountabilities:

• Sales duties: Face-to-Face Duties, Customer Care and follow up
• Support duties: Product Knowledge, Offer Knowledge, Finance, Records Keeping, Feedback from Customers
• Administrative duties
• Project work

Skills, experience and qualifications for the advertised vacancy:

Minimum / essential

• Qualified accountant/Finance graduate
• University degree or equivalent
• English not less than C1 level
• Ukrainian, Russian - native

Role Specific Skills 

• Working with customers via phone, face-to-face, email
• Accuracy/attention to detail
• Computing skills (MS Office, Excel)
• Experience of using CRM;
• Experience of using SAP
