HR generalist

Requirements:

• 1+ year in People management (HRG/HR manager/People partner roles) (prefarably in IT sphere);
• experience of providing hr processes such as onboarding/adaptation/offboarding events, 1:1 meetings etc. ;
• experience of full-cycle recruitment process of non-technical roles;
• ability to work independently; high problem solving skills and stress-resistance;
• English at least intermediate.

Responsibilities:

• Support onboarding/adaptation/offboarding processes;
• Provide a high quality salary promotion process for employees;
• Conduct regular, occasional and emergency 1:1 meetings;
• Maintain employees database and leave days accounting;
• Support full-cycle recruitment process of non-technical roles;
• Assist in customizing of HR procedures and ensure they are followed by employees;
• Provide personal support on the research, design and development of HR initiatives;
• Responds to organizational changes, employees' needs, complains, wishes, creating solutions to employee’s challenges.
