Requirements:
- 1+ year in People management (HRG/HR manager/People partner roles) (prefarably in IT sphere);
- experience of providing hr processes such as onboarding/adaptation/offboarding events, 1:1 meetings etc. ;
- experience of full-cycle recruitment process of non-technical roles;
- ability to work independently; high problem solving skills and stress-resistance;
- English at least intermediate.
Responsibilities:
- Support onboarding/adaptation/offboarding processes;
- Provide a high quality salary promotion process for employees;
- Conduct regular, occasional and emergency 1:1 meetings;
- Maintain employees database and leave days accounting;
- Support full-cycle recruitment process of non-technical roles;
- Assist in customizing of HR procedures and ensure they are followed by employees;
- Provide personal support on the research, design and development of HR initiatives;
- Responds to organizational changes, employees' needs, complains, wishes, creating solutions to employee’s challenges.
