For more than 8 years we have been engaged in the selection and relocation of developers to Europe, the USA, and Asia. Most of our clients are R&D centers, product companies, and startups.

Requirements:

• 1+ years in recruitment. 

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Upper-intermediate English level (written and spoken);

• Social Media experience with LinkedIn and Facebook.

• Interest in IT area.

• Ability to work with large amounts of information.

• Skills of planning and task prioritization.

• Work experience in IT is not must-have ;-)

Responsibilities:

• Participating in defining the ideal candidate profile for the job descriptions provided.

• Various types of web research (develop a list of suitable candidates, provide additional details as requested, and prepare market analysis based on other criteria).

• You will work with the ATS (we use Cleverstaff) and prepare reports about your work and vacancies.

• You will gradually learn how to contact candidates and conduct pre-screening calls, interviews (mentoring and support will be provided).
