Position Description:
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to the CEO. Your main task is to assist the CEO with daily administrative duties.
Your day-to-day activities include:
Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with email and phone calls
Liaising with the team (video operators and post-production editing team) and customers, eg there's a new request from the customer and you should process customer request. You need to gather requirements, figure out location, check what air space restrictions, check where we can fly drones, what to shoot, etc.
Create project list for new request
Organizing business trips
Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
Invoice management
Miscellaneous tasks to support the CEO, which will vary according to your abilities
What you bring to the team:
Fluent/advanced English
Multitasking: you can perform and manage several tasks at the same time. You are also easily switching from one task to another
Ability to learn new things quickly
Experience with Google drive
Photo editing skills would be a plus
