Partner Account Manager

An American multinational company that develops and sells network equipment intended primarily for large organizations and telecommunications enterprises.

The Partner Account Manager is the key contact for the company's partners in Ukraine and CIS.

Responsibilities:

• Building trusted relationships with the partners
• High-quality partner and customer needs management
• Partner support during negotiations, organization of technical consultations
• Conduct regular health check meetings to discuss customer satisfaction level, process the feedback
• Advising partners about new product and services
• Be ready for business trips

Key knowledge and work experience:

• You should have a few years of channel sales experience in a dynamic IT, Software, Services and Solution business.
• You should come with some Information Technology expertise and ability to understand, articulate and position the value of solutions to the Partners and ultimately to the Customers.
• Your agility and entrepreneurship combined with Ukrainian market knowledge are key factors to succeed in this role.
• You should be able to demonstrate success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• You should come with minimum BA degree in a business discipline or equivalent.

• Mastery in developing trusted Partner relationships up to C level.
• Negotiation skills to craft solutions that are helpful to Customers, Partners and company` overall.
• Excellent influencing skills, both tactical and strategic.
• Confidence in applying business and financial expertise to identify and qualify opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use and engage internal resources such as Marketing, Technology Experts, Services and others.
• Excellent financial acumen, including understanding of ROI model and other financial modeling tools is a big plus
• You should write and speak English & Ukrainian/ Russian fluently.
