Обязанности

• Full-cycle recruitment process
• Searching for candidates by using all sources: employee referrals, networking, internal databases, contact lists and research
• Conducting interviews with candidates
• Coordinating and conducting interviews, coordinating testing when necessary for candidates, writing feedbacks, discussing candidates with decision makers, evaluate candidates soft skills and find the best culture fit
