Crystal Logic is an outsource web and mobile development company working in e-commerce, food delivery, blockchain, and fintech.

We are expanding the Sales Department with the position of Lead generation specialist. You will work along with our Lead generation manager, helping with finding new prospects for our company. 

Located in Lviv with convenient office commute. We may discuss remote options individually, but the priority goes to candidates able to work from the office. 

This is a full-time job with long-term employment, as we strongly believe that a stable and well-equipped team is essential. We practice people-oriented management that helps to open your creative potential and actively integrate into the workflow.

This position supposes career growth to Lead generation manager with full involvement in related processes. 

It's an excellent start to develop your career in lead generation. We offer guidance and will teach you. 

Responsibilities:

  • Searching prospects through Crunchbase, LinkedIn, Facebook, Clutch according to the set parameters;

  • Collecting information about the companies and their chief decision-makers; 

  • Analyzing the data and deciding whether it's relevant to our search;

  • Keeping track of the prospects and forming reports using Google Sheets. 

Requirements:

  • Research expertise;

  • Ability to switch between topics quickly;

  • Excellent analytical skills;

  • English - B2;

  • Google Sheets, Crunchbase, LinkedIn, Facebook, Clutch.

Nice to have:

  • Previous IT-related experience or basic knowledge of how the industry works. 

  • German - B1 or B2.

Among our requirements, some are more important than others. 

We most definitely need the candidate to have research experience, ready to spend hours on quite monotonous activity digging into databases searching for the prospects.

Effective research also requires the ability to switch between topics quickly. It takes a specific set of mind to complete this job, so please make sure you feel comfortable in this position. 

Excellent analytical skills are crucial as well. You will be at the first line deciding which companies are worth doing business with, and we will rely on your reasoning. 

And last but not least -- we need you to surf through English information daily, which requires an Upper-Intermediate level of English. Knowing German would be a significant advantage.

You should be familiar with Google Sheets. However, if you aren't, we'll offer you to complete the 'Getting Started with Google Sheets' guide on Coursera that would quickly fill in the gaps.
