Responsibilities
- Searching and negotiation with potential payment partners;
Negotiating and communication (calls, online meetings) with current payment systems, banks;
Processing financial partners requests;
Description of new payment solutions;
Structuring information about the payment solutions;
Expansion of the platform functionality (assistance with formulation of technical specifications);
Setting tasks on the settings of terminals, available solutions and payment methods for various categories of business and industries;
Regular updating of the categories of supported industries and available payment solutions;
Monitoring of declines;
Reporting to management;
Escalation of billing issues and bugs.
Requirements:
- Upper Intermediate English;
- Being ready to work with customers' complaints and requests for a refund;
- Ability to work in the high-speed environment;
- Strong Customer care skills, going extra-mile for a client;
- Being Responsible, result orientated, a good communicator
