Financial analyst, strategic planning and analysis (remotely)

We are looking for someone with strong financial and business acumen, who is a self-starter, a great communicator, and who enjoys collaborating with people with a diverse set of talents, in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have deep analytical capabilities, strong financial modeling and forecasting skills, and excellent attention to detail.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has primary responsibility for driving the strategic financial planning and analysis function including the development of long-term business plans and projections

• Develop a consistent methodology for financial modeling that will be used for strategic investment decisions
• Develop computation methodologies for various metrics (unit economics, LTV: CAC, Magic Number, other SaaS metrics), own respective models
• Develop and own long term financial models
• Benchmarking
• Create a framework for pricing across products and markets
• Support ongoing development and evaluation of KPIs within the business
• Establish business partnerships with the Company departments, including Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Product Engineering, Services, DevOps, Security & Compliance and HR
• Prepare and deliver management presentations by utilizing systems, tools, and templates to prepare professional reports based on financial data and trends
• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of EIS products, industry trends, and general business and financial acumen through various sources and initiatives
• Other tasks as may be requested 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Motivated and self-starter
• Experience with complex financial modeling and related tools and methodologies
• Skills in business analytics to translate reporting into actionable decision support and recommendations
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills; demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of individuals at all levels of the organization
• Business process engineering or re-engineering
• Comfortable leading discussions and being in front of large groups
• Working knowledge of the enterprise software industry is a plus
• Upper-Intermediate/Fluent English
• Travel may be required
