OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager (SMM) who is ready to take initiatives to grow business. You will be a valued team member with a high opportunity for future growth. As a SMM, you will be responsible for managing and promoting UniTonus’s social media, targeting all US regions. You will be required to hit traffic and ROI targets within the assigned budget. You will ensure the efficiency of expenditures, top quality work and paid search best practice at UniTonus. Frequent analysis of performance data is required to inform optimization on the accounts and to inform the senior team on how paid search, in US regions specifically, is contributing to the overall business growth. 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Create and manage social media content. 

  • Develop content and advertising strategies for profitable user acquisition. 

  • Hit traffic, revenue and ROI targets through social media activities.  

  • Improve metrics’ indices across relevant channels.

  • Follow performance-based bidding strategies, leverage available bid adjustments and optimize on a regular basis to ensure maximum visibility across paid search. 

  • Ensure that all reporting and analysis is focussed on creating actionable insights. 

  • Research industry trends and champion search marketing across the business. 

  • Use reports and analysis to make adjustments to drive ROI and adhere to targets. 

  • Liaise heavily with key search engines.

  • Stay on top of industry trends and news.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Fluent English.

  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads and similar platforms.

  • Confidence in presenting findings to the team.

  • Skills in copywriting.

  • Knowledge of graphics editors. 

  • Ability to adjust to and work with the audience.

  • Confidence in querying data and problem solving.

  • Skills in research and data analysis. 

  • Ability to analyze, select and work with relevant influencers and media.

  • Self-motivation, organization and readiness to employ hands-on approach in work.

PREFERABLE SKILLS:

  • SMM experience, in-house or within an agency.

  • Experience optimizing paid search activity in English, including bid management, lead generation and competitor benchmarking.

  • Experience in developing successful social media presence from zero.

  • Experience in campaign creation and targeting.
