Tasks:
They include but are not limited to:
- Online Research: article and market research, product and service research, database research, trend research.
- Administrative: calendar management, product/services information, inbox management, scheduling appointments and reminders, reservations, organizing gift and cards delivery, logistic support.
- Customer Relationship Management: managing CRM database, maintaining service records, updating new leads and information.
- Invoicing and Payment: financial data entry, expense entry.
- Travel: vacation research and reservations, travel booking.
