Contracts Analyst

Namecheap is seeking a Contracts Analyst who will help the Deputy Head of Datacenter Operations manage the operations of the Company procurement and proper tracking. The Contracts Analyst will also manage the maintenance of records and databases, which contain information regarding warranties and equipment cost.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with statistical analysis

• Advanced knowledge of Excel

• Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions

• Strong analytical and data gathering skills

• Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects as well as strong follow-through skills

• Ability to complete projects timely and accurately critical

• Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills

• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Attention to detail and the ability to identify data patterns

• At least Intermediate level of English

Will be a plus:

• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills

• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently

Responsibilities:

• Verify, enter, and adjust equipment financial data in a variety of forms, schedules, and reports

• Work closely with the involved financial reporting teams to ensure we have accurate financial reporting

• Assist with the licenses orders, modification, and tracking their expiration dates

• Maintain warranty and licensing information, refresh dates, and end of life date information.

• Participate in the preparation of annual hardware and software expenses forecast

• Develop initiatives and policies that may improve better assets expenses tracking

• Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Create and maintain field documentation

• Protect operations by keeping financial information confidential.
