Customer Care Director

ASBIS Group is leading IT distributor in the emerging markets of EMEA, combining a wide range of geographical operations with a broad portfolio of products distributed in the 'one-stop-shop' model, invites to work Customer Care Director

To provide quality service, the Customer Care Director manages 3 services: Brand Reputation Management (ORM / SERM), Technical Support, and Product Warranty.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of people responsible for different areas of interaction with the consumer, but in the aggregate provide quality service from brands.

• Providing quality SERM / OEM

• Providing high-quality and timely technical support in accordance with the requirements of brands in the portfolio.

• Interaction with brand teams and ensuring all KPIs for each brand.

• Developing knowledge and loyalty to brands as a minimum task, and developing a community of loyal brand advocates as a long-term task maximum

• Ensuring the fulfillment of all warranty obligations.

• Monitoring and presentation of results.

Requirements:

• Master degree (advantage - in the field of marketing / PR / digital communications)

• Work experience in a management position of at least 3 years (head of customer care department in a large company, head of an advertising agency)

• Knowledge and understanding of the digital sphere, understanding of the brand reputation field

• Marketing orientation, understanding how customer satisfaction affects brand development.

• Skills of project management, the ability to manage a team of people

• Knowledge of modern ORM / SERM programs for analytics

• Advanced level of proficiency in spoken and written English

• Personal qualities - communication skills, analytical skills, focus on results
