Junior Online Reputation Manager

We are looking for a replenishment to our team, namely a person who is eager to learn and open to new knowledge. The one who has great communication skills and at the same time has everything under control. We will hire a person who wants to make your first steps into the world of digital marketing.

Requirements for our best match:

• You possess well-developed written and verbal communication skills
• Your English level is at least Upper-Intermediate (B2) level
• You are stress-resistant and know how to solve disputes of attempts to damage company’s reputation
• You have an interest in social web, including educational blogs, forums, social networks, ratings and reviews, etc.
• You know the basics about the customer satisfaction and in which ways they leave their feedback and where they can do it
• You have a basic understanding of how Google search systems work and know what SERP is
• You can effectively multi-task on several parallel projects
• Experience in customer service would be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• You will monitor and develop over 8 brands' reputation from our portfolio
• You will be handling positive and negative publicity on review websites like Glassdoor, Google Play, TrustPilot, SiteJabber etc.
• You will provide company’s feedback on the reviews on the platforms to boost company’s reputation as a customers-oriented business
• You will expand our clientele by resolving disputes with customers with negative reviews and rebuilding their loyalty to the company
• You and your team will be responsible for creating omnichannel ecosystem full of trust and care for our customers
• You will conduct business communication with third-parties, and enter into partnership agreements with them on our behalf
