We are looking for a talented TikTok Media Buyer with experience in mobile products on international markets.

About our business unit: 

For the past 2 years we have been actively involved in developing and promoting our own highly loaded Social Discovery platform. The product’s primary market is Tier-1 region, including but not limited to USA, UK, Canada and leading European countries. Responsibilities: 

  • Leading user acquisition process on TikTok — launching, optimizing, and scaling worldwide marketing campaigns; 

  • Analyze and monitor performance of ad campaigns; 

  • Split testing of advertising creatives, optimizations, and audiences; 

  • Interact with the creative department: the generation of ideas and feedback on the effectiveness of the marketing materials provided; 

  • Search for new schemes to attract users; 

  • Strategy development and execution with respect to new traffic sources.

 We’re looking for someone with: 

  • 1+ year experience with TikTok (app acquisition, gaming, dating will be plus); 

  • Experience operating $50K+ monthly budgets with positive ROI for social media channels; 

  • Great understanding of the general principles of media buying and attracting users; 

  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English; 

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with numbers;

  • Familiar with User Acquisition KPIs (LTV, CTR, CVR, CPI, ROAS, ARPPU, retention, etc).

Will be a plus: 

  • Experience with Tableau, Appsflyer, Adjust, Google Analytics; 

  • Previous experience with niches: gaming, dating, app acquisition.
