Product Delivery Manager

About us:

Push Gaming is a mobile games studio based in London, with offices in Lviv, Malta, Newquay. Due to some new and exciting projects, we need a Program Manager to join our team in Lviv office. This is an opportunity to join the company and become a key contributor to Push Gaming’s success. You’ll also have the chance to work with and learn from a great team, who have experience working on some of the most successful titles in our industry. 

Responsibilities:

• Working with game and platform development, art, animation, game design, QA and product owners to plan resources

• Outlining the game development process/framework and ensuring the games teams understand it and work towards it

• Reporting on key projects from concepts through to delivering and launch

• Looking for ways to improve the way we build products whilst championing the culture that the business is working towards

• Be an active member of the development teams during game development

• Maintaining good working relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts across the organisation as needed. 

Skills and Experience:

• Experience with resource planning and scheduling in the context of cross-competence teams

• Experience with designing, planning and executing Product and Game roadmaps

• Experience implementing process improvements

• Experience managing development teams split across local and remote locations

• Experience using Jira, Smartsheet and/or similar project management software 

• Experience working in an Agile development environment 

• Experience in game development

• Have a passion for how groups work together and coordination of processes

• Strong English language skills

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to communicate with a  variety of key stakeholders

• Highly organised, have the ability to solve problems, detail oriented and be able to work under their own initiative
