Responsibilities:

• Setting, control and execution sales targets
• The function of control and influence on the result
• Control and motivate working process at English sales
• Ability to apply effective motivational techniques to improve the performance of the teammates
• Management and analysis of financial results for each employee of the department
• Reporting to senior management
• Stress resistance, attentiveness

Working conditions:

• Basic salary +% for FTD and target
• 5/2 working schedule 9:00-18:00
