Demo Engineer (Global markets)

Terrasoft Ukraine, a leader in the space of business process automation and CRM, is growing at a record-setting pace. The company provides a leading low-code platform 'Creatio' for process management and CRM. The company has been highly recognized as a market leader by the key industry analysts (including Gartner and Forrester).

We are expanding our Global sales team in Kyiv and looking for a Demo Engineer to provide critical support in the closure of new business by demo scenarios designing, demo set-up, and customization. We expect our candidate to be a fast learner, responsible, proactive, and attentive to details.

Desired Skills and Experience: 

  • 4-year degree required
  • 1+ year of proven experience as a demo-engineer
  • Fluent English (at least Upper-Intermediate)
  • Analytical skills
  • Self-organization and planning

Will be an advantage: 

  • Knowledge of BPMN
  • Previous experience working with the following systems: CRM, ERP, marketing automation, accounting systems, workflow systems, etc.

Responsibilities: 

  • Pain points identification for product demonstration focus, optional participation in meetings with customers to align on demo flow.
  • Demo scenario design based on customers' requirements and pain points
  • Demo set-up and customization using tools with no required coding according to designed flow.
  • Sales team training on the product demonstration flow.
  • Update the library with useful solutions and reusable functionality for the pre-sales team.
  • Fill bidding requirements documentation based on the library referral answers and your knowledge, experience, and research on product capabilities.
  • Preparation of a bidding package: involvement in the dedicated teams for functional, non-functional, technical, and security clarifications, design of case studies, company documents preparation, and controls the due dates of responses provision.
  • Tracking of daily activities in correspondent systems
