SMM manager

Front Desk Helpers is a company based in USA. Looking for a candidate for remote position of SMM Manager for a company that provides Home Care Services.

We are looking the person who is highly responsible and attentive to details, with excellent written skills and proven experience of promoting brands via Social Media Platforms (FB, IG, LinkedIn, Twitter). Critical for this position – you should easily speak and write in English.

Responsibilities:

• Create Social Media Plan according to marketing plan;
• Set up social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter);
• Create Social Media content: create content for posts and Ad Campaigns; write text, design pictures, create video-clips for social media; schedule posts through Buffer;
• Manage Social Media campaigns – results, budget, etc. Make changes if necessary, to ensure budget compliance and results;
• Manage Social Media Pages - reply to comments, messages, recommendations, reviews, etc.
• Review and analyze competitors’ activities;
• Prepare Monthly Newsletter for employees and Quarterly Newsletter for Patients;
• Weekly Marketing Report. Come up with solutions for improvement;
• Awards (Best Home Care Agency, Crain’s) - social media promotion;
• Update newspapers ad design (RusRek, Novii NY, Health News, Sing Tao);
• Design birthday cards for HHAs and pts;
• Design referral, thankful, new year and etc. postcards;

Schedule:
Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST (4pm-12am Kiev time zone). Total is 40 hours per week.
