Responsibilities:
- management of personnel, recruitment, setting KPI’s, defining required resources, and ensuing overall execution of the business strategy
- understand the Flow of submitting corporate merchant applications with credit and debit card acquirers, and oversee process with the goal of successfully opening an working MID as a result.
- Have knowledge in all aspects of the product: billing, risk mitigation, accounting, reporting capabilities, end-user experience, etc.
- Be able to Maintain the relationship with the debit and credit card acquirers.
- Manage and guide company teams and departments as well as help overcome bottlenecks.
- Oversee all operations to ensure the Corporate Setups are well kept and maintained.
- Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
- Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the Corporate Setup’s legality and business ethics, including the requirement for a license or legal opinion, as may be required.
- Review financial and non-financial reports, and provide financial reports as shall be required mutually by the Parties
- Work closely with finance, optimization and integration teams to make sure all aspects of the interaction between merchant and the company are handled perfectly especially with new products
- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure business continuity and growth.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and payment industry
- Define Corporate Structure requirements
- Research merchants' needs and propose and define strategy to implement new solutions for them
- Create procedures and processes required to work efficiently within the company and with 3rd parties
- Define, monitor, create and oversee weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and on-demand reports for management
- Engage in market research in order to identify new opportunities for business
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience managing daily operations of a small team
- Previous experience with merchant acquiring or credit card processing is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Use creative thinking and problem solving skills to resolve any business issues
- Outstanding organizational skills: at any given time, you’ll be juggling multiple time-sensitive inquiries, monitoring the well-being of our solutions and services as well as the team’s performance
- Constantly participate on improving team spirit and morale
- understand the Flow of submitting corporate merchant applications with credit and debit card acquirers,
- At least one year working for a payments based company, i.e. credit card processing, e-Wallet, digital goods, banking or other payments related businesses
- Any other foreign languages are a plus
- Have minimum 1+ years experience either working at a call center or specialized in B2B contact
- Familiarity with corporate governance documentation
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent customer service skills
