Foreign company look a sales manager seed in Ukraine with experience.
- Actively selling seeds of winter crops (wheat, rye, barley, tritiсale, rapе) and spring crops (sojbean, barley, wheat, peas, oats, horse beans) and providing agronomical advises to end clients.
- The development of personal sales plans based on their own customer base in the assigned areas.
- Planning of the territory entrusted sales of seed.
- Actively seeking new customers. Creation and maintenance of customer database. Segmentation of customers, assess their needs and capacities. Monitoring of payments and receivables.
- Provide training and support about our portfolio for distributor sales department
- Support in organization of field days and trade fairs. Participate on field days and trade fairs with own presentation/activities Conduct seminars. Representing the interests of the company in the eastern regions of Ukraine.
- Coordinating the shipment of demo and commercial seeds to the customers
- Advising clients and after-sales support.
- Competition with: variety, production acreages, pricing, activities.
- Dealing with Complaints and feedback consumers.
- Record keeping and reporting.
- Acquisition of new customers and actual customer retention
- Sales plan for commercial seeds at customer level
- Provide monthly report about activities to General Manager
- Monitoring of the self-pollinated crops multiplication area (plan/ current) and support in royalty collection
- Key Account Management
Requirements: — English — Must have experience from the 5 year experience in agriculture business with seeds — Knowledge of the agricultural and seed market in Ukraine; — Agronomic education; — Experience in conducting field trials in different regions of Ukraine, — The driver’s driving license category «B»;
- Informatics knowledge (Office — Outlook)
