YOU ARE 

Demonstrating such education and degree 

  • Master degree or equivalent experience
  • Preferable specialization is HR Management/Management/Psychology/Sociology

You possess this specialized knowledge and understanding 

  • How an organization operates: organizational design, business functions, roles, managerial chains, etc.
  • Political, economic, social, technological, legal, and environmental trends that influence the organization
  • The specifics of IT business domain
  • Knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation practices; employee relations, loyalty, and retention; diversity and inclusion; performance management; employment law, etc.
  • HR data sources and methods of calculations and analysis
  • Group dynamics and developmental stages

Different personality traits, motives, and characteristics 

  • Global & cultural differences
  • SoftServe specific knowledge
  • SoftServe organizational structure and business functions
  • Corporate policies (Code of Conduct, Conflict of Interests, Leave of Absence, Work Time) and guidelines (global associate handbook, manager’s guideline, etc.)

Employment types, hiring and termination regulations 

  • Understanding of compensation review cycles, variable and incentive pay plans, compensation metrics, and pay for performance principles
  • How different assessment tools work (9 box, 360, Caliper, etc), their best usage cases, and benefits
  • Understanding of Abiliton and People Excellence 2.0. principles and methodologies
  • Understanding of headcount planning principles
  • How to use corporate HR systems: WorkDay, Workplace, Cornerstone, Power BI, Peakon, BetterWorks, Compensation management tool, Career Map, Career Plan, Expertise search, SSExplorer, EPM tool, ReporOnline, Apollo

Functional (Professional) Skills 

  • Conflict resolution, critical thinking, and problem-solving
  • Analytic reasoning organizational consulting, facilitation, and coaching
  • Soft Skills

  • Non-violent written and verbal communication on Intermediate Strong+ English level

Professional certification (desirable) 

  • Coaching/consultancy/facilitation professional program successful completion
  • HR management professional program successful completion

HRBP cooperates with stakeholders acting as a strategic partner, and change agent

Responsibilities of a Strategic Partner 

  • Identifying business challenges and opportunities in Delivery Unit/Department
  • Co-creating HR strategy for Delivery Unit/Department hand in hand with VP-level, Delivery/Department leaders
  • Providing input on Delivery Unit/Department organizational design
  • Providing HR-focused expertise when formulating Delivery Unit/Department’s strategy and goals
  • Ensuring alignment of Delivery Unit/Department’s strategy with the company’s strategic initiatives and business goals
  • Facilitating the creation of Delivery Unit/Department’s strategy by organizing workshops and strategic sessions (on demand)
  • Engaging all leadership levels & layers in strategic analysis and planning

Responsibilities of a Change Agent 

  • Analyzing HR data (ESAT, turnover, compensation, etc.) in Delivery Unit/Department
  • Analyzing external and internal trends and benchmarks in partnership with the HR group to develop the best HR solutions
  • Consulting all leadership levels & layers on the improvement of the people management environment
  • Ensuring smooth introduction and implementation of new HR solutions
