Senior Legal Counsel

Our product portfolio currently includes around 3.7 million products for 166 car brands in 27 countries in the EU and EEA. In 2020, our customer base included 5.3 million active B2C and B2B clients and our revenue is expected to exceed €830 million. AUTODOC has been profitable on EBITDA and net income level. The business has been cash flow positive on a debt-free basis for several years.

We are looking for Senior Legal Counsel to join our team in Odesa or Kyiv.

You will:

• Managing cases/projects from start to finish.
• Advising departments and conducting legal research on their behalf.
• Preparing and reviewing legal documents/reports.
• Gathering information/evidence.
• Updating and consulting with middle and senior associates.
• Supervising paralegals or legal assistants from time to time.
• Providing legal advice/counsel in business-related areas of expertise (e.g., corporate law, real estate, tax, business litigation, transactions/antitrust, compliance, intellectual property, employment/labor, corporate governance, ethics, etc.
• Researching, analyzing and interpreting proposed and existing laws, statutes, and regulations.
• Identifying, evaluating, and addressing issues of a legal risk.
• Structuring, drafting, negotiating, and/or approving legal contracts, letters of agreement, policies, and other documents related to a variety of trade, commercial, financial, and operational matters, may also be accountable for liaising with external legal counsel on complex legal issues.
• Analyses group marketing and antitrust activities coordinate intercompany cooperation between HQ Legal team and local marketing department.
• Drafting inter-corporate procedures and policies in English and Ukrainian.

You are:

• Between 2 to 5 years of employment/relevant work experience as in-house in an international export trading company or IT company
• English Advanced, German is a plus
