Customer Success Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Specialist to join the team!


Required skills

  • B2/C1 English (written and spoken);

  • 6+ months of proven experience in IT outsourcing business, understanding of its processes;

  • Accuracy in keeping track of commitments, transparency in status reporting, timely reminding about changes;

  • Strong communication skills with a focus on listening and asking the right questions;

  • Service-oriented approach.

Would be a plus

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (preferably Intercom, Hubspot) would be a plus;

  • Knowledge of MS Office tools and it’s online analogs — Google Docs or Office 365.

 Responsibilities

  • Managing the support processes for existing customers;

  • Assisting customers with on-boarding process;

  • Creating educational materials for new & existing customers associated with a product or service;  

  • Conducting periodic customer health checks;

  • Growing customer accounts (Upsell);

  • Keeping track and analyzing department statistics; 

  • Communicating to and translating feedback from customers to other departments, including business units, product and development departments;

  • Representing the interests of customers in internal communication with other team members;

  • Driving and supporting the initiatives that improve communication of YouTeam platform policies and values to all partners and customers;

  • Collaborating with other departments on growing the YouTeam brand as a leading solution for assembling remote development teams;

  • Other duties as required.
