Position Summary & key responsibilities
Coordinates processes and delivery of products, training & implementation of services across our portfolio of clients. Provides customer service and proactively maintains client relationships that deliver profitable business. Handles clients’ requests and supports customers through specialized technical knowledge.
- Delivers customer service and manages relationships with clients by understanding clients’ needs and requirements
- Coordinates and communicates the survey activities with the processing center
- Provides support with the creation and maintenance of the reward database, prepares presentations and clients’ reports
- Navigates a wide variety of existing processes, procedures and tracks client information in customer relationship management systems
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in a professional business environment, preferably in HR or account management
- University degree
- Fluent in Ukrainian and English
- Proactively works to expand knowledge within the area of pay & benefits
