Job Description

Manage all aspects of social media marketing:

1. Work on ensuring a constant flow of qualified leads to the websites
2. Improve the targeting in order to increase lead0customer conversion rate
3. Penetrate new markets and look for new ways of generating new leads
4. Research of targeting strategies to increase website payments for the service
5. Define change management process and follow it while tracking all projects KPIs
6. Manage projects risks

Qualifications

1. At least 2-3 years of experience as a Marketing Manager/Lead generator
2. Practical knowledge of Marketing, Trade marketing management & Project management is critical
3. Passion for winning targeted market segments in order to maximize profitability
4. Be passionate for Social Media and Marketing
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Excellent multi-tasking skills 
7. Knowledge of analytic tools (e.g. Google analytics, Yandex Merica)
8. Content management
9. Storytelling skills

Highly preferred:

1. be a self-starter
2. be able to operate autonomously
