Terrasoft Ukraine, a leader in business process automation and CRM, is looking for a Senior Presales Manager with a sales background and good technical knowledge.
The Opportunity:
We're looking for an experienced Senior Presales Manager to work with Eastern Europe, MENA, and APAC regions to provide pre-and post-sales support.
A Senior Presales Manager is responsible for the technical relationships with customers and prospects, working as a trusted advisor with customers to remove technical objections and creatively address pain points in a customer's digital initiatives and business objectives.
Senior Presales Managers at Terrasoft also work internally with the sales team and product development to identify and communicate solutions that meet customers' ever-changing business needs against the Creatio CRM and Low-Code BPM platform's capabilities.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in sales/solutions engineering, technical consulting
- Customer-facing experience
- Team-oriented and strong collaboration skills
- Strong public speaking ability
- Can quickly identify and solve technical and business challenges related to software delivery
- Ability to convey technical concepts to customers of all technical backgrounds
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales:
- Identifying customer business requirements and matching them to product features
- Building joint customer strategies with the enterprise sales team, create solution concepts according to customer's requirements
- Providing live demonstrations of the Creatio solutions to prospective customers
- Answering Creatio product and technical questions
- Building relationships with key decision-makers and serving as a customer's technical point of contact
Post-Sales:
- Acting as an intermediary between sales and other technical teams to best meet customer needs
- Communicating customer feedback to appropriate teams to be considered in product strategy
- Documenting technical considerations, collecting existing articles, and contributing to internal knowledgebases
