Test Automation Engineer for Austrian project (RBI BANCO/TPL)

In this role you will be part of RBI?s software engineers team which covers the whole product lifecycle of strategy, discovery and delivery group products.

The role has all the advantages of working in a product team - versatile projects, plenty of independence, chance to influence the direction of the development and opportunity to grow with the role.

Your tasks

• Creating test strategies and test cases
• Improving test automation framework
• Maintaining existing tests
• Contributes to the design of the product
• Setup test automation project in CI/CD pipeline
• Work closely together with other software professionals and developers

We expect

• Technical education (Technical school or suitable University degree)
• Working experience in test automation, at least 2 years
• Good knowledge of commonly used testing tools - Postman (as alternative SOAPUI), JMeter, Selenium, JIRA
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of REST APIs/ RESTful web services
• Understanding the model «Publish - subscriber»
• Good Java knowledge is expected (1.8 and up)
• Good to know (VCS (SVN, Git), CI/CD)
• Open and team-minded personality and communication skills
• Good command of English (mandatory)
• Willingness to travel (Austria/Vienna)

As a plus

• ISTQB certification is an asset
• Experience in Scrum projects is an advantage
• knowledge about IBM MQ is a plus
• JavaScript is a plus
