Chief Accountant

About Us:

We are Business Process Global company, we provide our Product to Global businesses in acquiring, retaining, and  strengthen the relationships with its B2B customer.  

Whom we are looking for:  

A Chief accountant who will take overall responsibility of all UA Entity accounting activities. Who has experience of  taking care of office with 50 + people and face the challenge of fast growing office in Kyiv.  

Key Responsibilities:  

• Regular bookkeeping (relating to operation expenses etc.)  

• Responsible for internal and external reporting and monthly closing  

• Finance administration  

• Participation in reconciliation process  

• Preparation and filing of various tax declarations such VAT, CPT, personal income tax etc 

• Responsible for VAT registration  

• Participation in payroll calculation  

• Coordinate with other corporate department as IT, Admin, HR  

• Assist auditors in completing statutory audits, group audits and transfer pricing reports 

 Requirements:  

Strong Professional Experience and Qualifications  

• General Ledger Accounting  

• Financial Reconciliations  

• Financial reports and statement  

• Taxation calculation and declaration  

• Payroll and salary calculation  

Strong Knowledge and Experience  

• 5+ years of experience as chief accountant role  

• Excellent knowledge of 1C 8.3, M.E.Doc, taxpayer electronic account;  

• General knowledge in business law.  

• University degree in finance/accounting,  

• Working experience with PE (private entrepreneurship) agreements  

• Work Experience with foreign residents in Ukraine  

• Work Experience with different cultures  

• Upper English
