The bank has a comprehensive Environmental Management System aimed at reducing both internal and external environmental impact of the bank in a systematic manner.

Financing green investments is a part of EMS directed at reducing the external environmental impact. The bank aims to increase investments in sustainable energy and resource management amongst the clients. Green loans are designed to complement the existing loan offer to business clients by financing measures in the areas of energy efficiency, renewable energies, and other environmentally-related fields. In order to make the difference understandable to staff and clients, it is important to apply a transparent methodology to characterize such investments.

ProCredit Bank is currently looking to recruit a full-time Technical Expert (Engineer), for our Green Finance Team

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Accessing energy efficiency investments, renewable energy and environmentally friendly investments undertaken by the bank's borrowers
• Providing technical opinion on the bank's own investments into energy efficiency and renewable energy
• Keeping the list of eligible green investments up to date
• Providing training for bank staff in the field of energy efficiency

Main requirements:

• University Degree in Engineering
• Preferably 1 years' work experience in the field
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
• Able to deliver qualified work respecting deadlines
• Native Ukrainian/Russian and excellent English
