DESCRIPTION

We are ready to consider candidates from any location in Ukraine.

Currently, we are looking for a qualified Project Administrator to make our EPAM team even stronger.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Onboarding and enforcing compliance for the program team;
• Handling audit and customer reporting;
• Regular and ad hoc reporting, composing slide decks;
• Data maintenance in multiple systems;
• Tracking action items, organizing calls and meetings, chasing multiple stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience in the relevant domain;
• Excellent spoken and written English (at least upper-intermediate level);
• Advanced in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint;
• Be able to deal with multiple tasks and conflicting priorities;
• Familiarity with Confluence, Sharepoint and MS Power BI (visualization);
• Excellent communication skills;
• Prior experience in IT or multination corporations would be a big advantage.
