International IT company is looking for a proactive Senior Sales Manager who will be responsible for lead generation and sales activity in the IT sector.
Requirements:
- 5+ year with similar experience
- Successful experience in selling software development services
- Experience in B2B sales for ISV and enterprise clients, working with opportunities $500K+
- Strong business domain expertise (FinTech, Automotive, Healthcare, Logistic, Retail, etc.)
- Proven ability of effective negotiation on C-level
- Ability to negotiate skillfully in tough situations
- Written and spoken English – Advanced level
- Ability to meet deadlines
- High resilience
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with industry specialists and top-level executives
- Research new leads and potential new markets and areas
- Embody effective lead generation processes including calls, emails, meetings, etc.
- Execute business strategy to maximize sales results and tackle new opportunities
- Develop and maintain potential client database via various channels
- Develop customized proposals and present solutions to C-level executives
- Manage various trade shows activities with the following marketing support
- Manage tender application submissions
- Identify and evaluate potential client’s needs to meet their business expectations
- Manage clients data in CRM, ensure all communications are logged
