Sales Development Representative

Mindy Teams (www.mindy-teams.com) is a part of international brand Mindy Support (BPO market leader in Ukraine, Artificial intelligence and Machine learning) with over 2000 people in 5 offices across Ukraine. Our clients are high-tech companies from Europe and the USA (Silicon Valley). We are providing for data annotation services for artificial intelligence training. Also provide the services of customer support, technical support, sales outsourcing and marketing functions.

We are looking for the highest level of responsibility Sales Development Representative to join our inhouse team.

You will:

• Close cooperation with lead generation team to sourcenew sales prospects

• E-mail/Linked campaigns coordination (including A/Btesting)

• E-mail templates preparation

• Constant analyses of E-mail/Linked campaigns efficiencyand reports generation

• Booking sales call appointments for Sales Managers

• Support Marketing Team to increase the quality ofmarketing-sourced leads

• Managing leads databases in CRM

• Other minor Ad Hoc tasks related to sales process

Requirements:

• +1 year experience as a Sales/Marketing Assistant

• Good knowledge of the basics of e-mail marketing 

• Will be a plus experience in Hoot Suit, Mail Chimp,Hub Spot, Google Analytics

• English Fluent

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels, both verbal and written
