Player Development Manager (Arabic)

The Player Development Manager is responsible for increasing gaming revenues from target customers by building personal relationships, providing superior guest service, working closely with general marketing and operations teams, and engaging in sales activities. The Player Development Manager has a direct reporting relationship to the General Manager and functional reporting to the central Director of Player Development. The Player Development Manager will work to grow revenues respectively for each target group — the high value Silver players, the Gold players and the VIP players. He/she will work to establish one-off activities targeted for specific players (i.e. VIP players), and will develop repeatable programs that may be executed by non-marketing team members for other target audiences (i.e. non-VIP players).

DUTIES:

  • Meet with target players on the casino floor in order to build a personal relationship and offer assistance with comps, gifts or marketing activities.
  • Contact players via phone, SMS messages, or email in order to establish or build upon an existing relationship, make appropriate incentive offers, and share information about upcoming marketing efforts.
  • Identify new and potential target players using Casino Management, Slots Management (or other reporting capabilities) and apply appropriate action to increase play and loyalty.
  • Understand the guest visitation and behavioral patterns in order to take quick, interceptive action when play has potential to decrease.
  • Use off-property events to prospect for new players, make appropriate incentive offers, and personally guide relationship during first stages of customer life cycle.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent verbal and written skills, with strong command of English and Arabic languages. Additional languages a plus (Russian)

  • Superior guest service skills with ability to take ownership of service breakdowns and resolve them to the optimum satisfaction of the guest and the company.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; specifically, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency with Storm International applications; specifically Casino Management, Slots Management and Tree Reports.
  • Flexibility in shifts/hours worked.
  • Ability to work with team members directly and indirectly related to marketing.
