AQA Engineer

Yael Acceptic is searching for an experienced AQA Engineer to join our growing Company.

About:

Our customer is the world’s first production-ready SaaS application for engineering simulation. The product is a SaaS platform across CFD, FEA, and Thermal Analysis for engineering simulation accessible from a standard web browser. 

Responsibilities:

• Detection, localization, and reporting of UI & UX defects;
• Adding and maintaining existing automation tests in JS + Cypress framework;
• Occasional testing in cross-browser and mobile mode.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance;

• 1+ years of experience with test-automation using JS;

• Hands-on experience with developing UI automated tests using Cypress framework;

• Strong knowledge of Software QA methodologies, tools and processes;

• Knowledge of browser developer tools (basics of HTML, CSS, jQuery be able to track and debug a request, knowledge of basic response status codes);

• Experience of working with Jira, Git, Jenkins;

• Knowledge of Postman or similar for manually sending requests and checking responses from backend services;

• Ability to quickly learn the basics of the domain: basic workflows of CFD / FEA Simulation + SaaS software;

• Experience working in an Agile development environment;

• At least Intermediate level of English.

Would be a plus:

• Experience with CAD / CAE software tools;

• Knowledge of workflows of Simulation Engineering Tools.
