ENESTECH develops a B2B SaaS software for esports businesses with headquarters in Kyiv.

The core product is called SENET - a cloud-based solution management software for PC console-based gaming arenas. Senet is used by 1800+ gaming centers in over 57+ countries worldwide.

Our solution helps to automate the process, to simplify accounting for finances, to optimize staff time, to establish communication with customers, and to increase profits. Our development team regularly updates the software and improves it in accordance with the latest technologies and trends.

About the role:
During the few last years, we have shown great success in moving towards new markets. Now we are expanding and looking for a Customer Support Specialist with knowledge of the English language that will introduce our product in the new eSport center and conduct product onboarding.

Tasks:

• working with current customers;
• handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives;
• solving users technical issues that arise during the use of the software;
• demonstration software updates (through TeamViewer);
• demonstration troubleshooting;
• communication with other departments (CustomerCare, Sales, Development etc.).

Our candidate:

• speaks English and Russian at the level of the confident user (fluent/native speaker);
• confidently installs software on a PC and knows how to work with various software;
• knowledge of Windows 7/10 OS, ability to use built-in tools (registry, command-line, PowerShell).
• has experience communicating with clients;
• stress-resistant, sociable;
• is aimed at development and wants to learn interesting software for internet clubs.
