Sales and Customer Support Manager

Position: 
ADONIS is looking for an ambitious Sales and Customer Support Manager in Kyiv for the Spanish, UK, and USA markets

Duties:
For our patients, you will be the first communication link.
From the first call and booking plans to the concluded medical appointment and correct treatment course, you will accompany our patients during the entire patient life cycle.
You will only interact direct and brand leads with us.
Sales and Customer Service: you value the synthesis of both.You will work collaboratively with other cross-functional team members (marketing and product teams) to transform market demands and product specifications into new ideas for customers.

Requirements:
Fluent     English,  Spanish plus a second language or (French, German)
Ideally, you have 1-2 years of Sales or Customer service experience.
Besides a passion for helping people, you have outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
Even in stressful circumstances, you should not lose your focus.
Organization and follow-through come to you naturally.
You have a positive outlook that focuses on teamwork.
Ideally, you should have a medical degree, but if not, then you should have an open personality to work in the healthcare field. Knowledge of languages is our priority.

8 hour working day, but with the ability to help patients with urgent requests outside the schedule.
