Purpose of the role

We are looking for an ERP Support Specialist who will be part of the IT Organization.

Functional responsibilities:

- Serve as a first line of technical support via consulting and training of users;
- Conduct initial analysis of the task when an error is detected in the operation of the information system and the formalization of a request for correction;
- Monitoring of exchanges between information systems, keeping data up to date;
- Conduct regular updates of ERP modules, maintain configurations as up to date;
- Contribution in the processes of putting the system into test and production use;
- Filling out test reports after fulfillment of the development request;
- Writing instructions, regulations and user manuals.

What will you need to be successful in your job?

- Higher technical education in the field of IT;
- Basic understanding of the principles of logistics processes (experience at the logistics company is a strong advantage!);
- Around 2 years of experience as a first-line technical support engineer;  
- Basic understanding of the functioning of ERP systems based on Parus, or Axapta, or SAP, or 1C 7.7-8 ;
- Ability to write User Stories, Use Cases;
- Experience with Windows System;
- Good command of English;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Must have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to prioritize workload in a paced-environment;
- Willingness and ability to communicate within the international team.
