Sales and Engagement Manager Assistant

BPO Nextdoor provides media analysis and data entry services for customers in Western Europe and North America. Over the last two years, we have been growing naturally by over 60% per year. We are looking for Sales and Engagement Manager Assistant to help us with driving additional growth by finding new customers and cross-selling with existing ones. This is a key role at our company, which will be supervised directly by our CEO.

Main requirements:

• 2+ years of B2B Sales with international customers
• German at an upper-intermediate level or higher
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• English would be a plus

Main responsibilities:

• Identify potential leads and close deals
• Coordinate new customers' onboardings
• Cross-sell with existing customers
