LTS Internship Program 

3 Month Training

• Over a three-month period or less, depending on the individual’s progress, all students will be going through a rigorous intern program designed to test their capabilities and if they have what it takes to be a successful LTS Member. 
• The intern may be considered for full-time employment with LTS  before three months is up if he or she displays optimal results.
• The intern may leave this program before the three months if they are not displaying any potential or not well suited for the roles we have to offer.
• Every Intern will have an assigned LTS Buddy who will be responsible for the student's success. LTS Members will be assigning weekly tasks for the interns to complete. 
• At the end of each month will be provided with a detailed report on their progress and what areas we see great potential.

As a result, the best interns will be offered to work in the following LTS departments depends on their qualities and potential:

1. Fleet Management
2. Customer Sales
3. Driver Relations & Recruitment
4. Marketing & Media
5. LTS Sales Representative

Minimum essential skills/abilities required:

• Interns with B-2/ C-1/ C-2 levels of English language will be qualified only;
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills;
• Good multi-tasking skills;
• Strong PC user with good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google products, and Google G-Suite;

Minimum personal qualities required:

• Be Persuasive;
• Proactive individual who is oriented on results;
• Dedicated and reliable person;
• Good flexibility and adaptability qualities;

Additional requirements:

• Must be citizens of Ukraine;
• Preferable registration in L'vivs'ka oblast' region but other country regions will be considered too;
• Higher education is optional;
• Could work according to the US time zone, which is from 15:00 to 01:00 by Ukrainian time; 
• Be able to work weekdays (Monday - Friday).
