• Source candidates using up-to-date searching tools;
• Work with the internal database;
• Create job postings and search for candidates on different job boards;
• Contact potential candidates;
• Communicate with team members from other Lohika locations;
• Identify new recruitment channels;
• Be involved into market investigation/research.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:MUST HAVE:

• At least 0.5 years of relevant experience or freelance;
• Be attentive to details;
• Take the most from social networks, job boards and internet to succeed;
• Understand the industry and constantly learn modern trends and changes;
• Apply modern sourcing techniques to find the right candidate;
• Ability to work within tense timeline;
• English — intermediate;
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
